Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, QA specialists, business analysts, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, provide regular project updates, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are met. Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation actions. Monitor project progress, costs, resource utilization, and performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines. Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality, security, compliance, and client requirements. Lead project meetings, reviews, and status reporting, ensuring timely resolution of project blockers.
