Key Responsibilities: Draft executive briefs, reports, presentations, memoranda, correspondence, and decision-support documents. Support research, special projects, and process improvement initiatives. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up on key decisions. Manage proposals, submissions, and executive correspondence, identifying priority issues and required actions. Coordinate inputs from internal teams and stakeholders to support effective decision-making. Maintain accurate records, document control systems, and confidentiality protocols. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, English, Mass Communication, Project Management, Engineering, Secretarial Administration, or a related field. Experience: in PPPs, investment promotion, infrastructure, public service, banking, consulting, law, or development finance is an advantage. Demonstrable experience: preparing executive documents, reports, presentations, meeting records, and project documentation. Minimum of five (5) years' relevant professional experience, including support to senior executives, project teams, government institutions, financial institutions, consulting firms, or development organisations. Skills & Competencies: High integrity, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent communication, writing, research, and organisational skills. Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency, strong PowerPoint skills, and working knowledge of Excel and digital collaboration tools.
