Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 12 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Minimum of 12–15 years’ progressive experience: in building/civil construction with at least 5 years at Project Manager level Demonstrable relevant experience: in INDUSTRIAL PLANT construction and specifically in HEAVY-MACHINERY / DYNAMIC EQUIPMENT FOUNDATIONS (e.g. process plants factories mills power/gen-set blocks crushers tank farms) Track record of personally delivering at least two projects of comparable magnitude (₦300 million and above) or complexity from mobilization to handover Responsibilities: Direct and manage all site construction activities, interfaces, and quality compliance to ensure a safe, efficient and specification-compliant project. Take overall accountability for the delivery of the project's safety, quality, time and cost. Own, develop and maintain the master programme; drive progress and short-interval planning to keep the works on track.
