We are seeking an experienced, highly driven and results-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage our production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong leadership ability and proven experience: in managing production teams, achieving production targets, improving efficiency and reducing operational losses. Key Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and operational performance. Develop and implement production plans to ensure targets are achieved efficiently. Identify and implement measures to reduce production losses, material wastage and unnecessary downtime. Prepare and review production reports and make informed recommendations to Management. Supervise Production Superintendents, Supervisors and other production personnel. Provide strategic and operational leadership for daily production activities. Work closely with the Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor machine utilization, production output, downtime and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and production policies. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and production materials. Requirements: Proven experience: in a senior production leadership or management position. Experience: in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding and Hydraulics system Extruding blow moulding operations will be a strong advantage. B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Production Management or a related discipline. Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing operations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience: in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to manage large production teams and achieve demanding production targets. Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills. Why Join Us?
