Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Rotating Schedule Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Supervise daily cleaning activities of janitors across assigned facilities or shifts. Assign duties and responsibilities, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing coverage. Inspect work areas (offices, restrooms, lobbies, stairwells, etc.) to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards. Train and guide janitorial staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment. Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are available and properly used; report stock needs. Report maintenance needs, damage, or repairs required in work areas to the relevant departments. Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Address staff or client complaints regarding janitorial services and resolve them promptly. Maintain records of attendance, performance, incidents, and cleaning checklists. Requirements: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience: in janitorial or cleaning services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
