We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and operational solutions. The ideal candidate will evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather and analyze data, and work closely with stakeholders to implement strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements: from stakeholders. Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions. Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
