Key Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Promote children's welfare, safeguarding, health, and safety. Foster positive relationships with parents through effective communication and engagement. Develop and implement academic improvement initiatives. Coordinate staff training and professional development programmes. Oversee the planning and implementation of the Early Years curriculum. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies. Provide strategic leadership for the Nursery School. Prepare academic and administrative reports for management. Organize school events, assessments, and extracurricular activities. Monitor teaching standards and pupils' academic and developmental progress. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Nursery teachers and support staff. Oversee admissions, timetables, classroom resources, and daily school operations. Requirements: Strong knowledge of the Nigerian and/or British Early Years curriculum. High level of integrity and professionalism. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities. Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a Nursery or Early Years setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management systems. A Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
