We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Metering Specialist / IoT Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Occasional travel may be required Reports to: System Leads Job Summary We’re looking for a Metering Specialist/IoT to join our Systems Engineering team and be the hands-on technical expert behind successful smart metering and IoT deployments. What you’ll do Conduct site assessments and support installation planning Prepare Bills of Materials and recommend cost-effective technical solutions Support and quality-check meter and IoT installations Troubleshoot metering, connectivity, hardware, and data issues Work closely with customers, vendors, Customer Success, and Commercial teams Help improve field processes and tools as we scale What we’re looking for 3–5 years of experience: in electrical/electronics engineering Experience: with metering, renewables, IoT, or related technologies Strong troubleshooting and field operations skills Good understanding of electrical safety and intelligent metering systems Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working primarily in the field and travelling when required AI fluency is a plus — familiarity with using AI tools to improve technical troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, or field operations.
