Improve execution and accountability across every department. Create visibility across projects, releases, and strategic priorities. Build systems that make teams more effective over time. Increase operational consistency across the organization Lead day-to-day operational execution across MVG Entertainment. Design, build, and continuously improve operational systems, workflows, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, documentation, and communication standards. Drive execution across artist development initiatives, music releases, marketing campaigns, creative productions, partnerships, and strategic business initiatives. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Artist Development, Creative, Marketing, Studio & Production, Finance, Legal, Distribution, and external partners. Support the evaluation, onboarding, budgeting, and operational planning of prospective artist partnerships and campaigns, providing the Founder & CEO with clear recommendations and execution plans. Build executive reporting, KPIs, and dashboards that support decision-making. Identify and remove operational bottlenecks while managing budgets, vendors, and operational risk. Decision-Making Authority: The Head of Operations is empowered to make day-to-day operational decisions, improve systems, prioritize workstreams, drive accountability, and lead execution across the business. Experience: in the music, entertainment, creative, media, sports, agency, or other high-growth industries is strongly preferred.
