You'll lead daily operations, build scalable systems, drive cross-functional execution, and improve accountability across artist development, music releases, creative productions, and key business initiatives. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Build MVG's operating system. Improve execution and accountability across every department. Create visibility across projects, releases, and strategic priorities. Build systems that make teams more effective over time. Increase operational consistency across the organization Lead day-to-day operational execution across MVG Entertainment. Design, build, and continuously improve operational systems, workflows, SOPs, dashboards, reporting, documentation, and communication standards. Drive execution across artist development initiatives, music releases, marketing campaigns, creative productions, partnerships, and strategic business initiatives. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Artist Development, Creative, Marketing, Studio & Production, Finance, Legal, Distribution, and external partners. Support the evaluation, onboarding, budgeting, and operational planning of prospective artist partnerships and campaigns, providing the Founder & CEO with clear recommendations and execution plans. Build executive reporting, KPIs, and dashboards that support decision-making. Identify and remove operational bottlenecks while managing budgets, vendors, and operational risk. Decision-Making Authority: The Head of Operations is empowered to make day-to-day operational decisions, improve systems, prioritize workstreams, drive accountability, and lead execution across the business. Leadership Expectations: Anticipates problems before they become obstacles. Creates momentum through decisive action and disciplined follow-through. Creates clarity where others see complexity. Builds systems that improve performance over time. Leads with ownership, humility, and accountability. Raises the performance of the people and teams around them. Treats the company's priorities as their own. Represents MVG with integrity and professionalism. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years leading operations, business operations, or project/program management. Experience building systems and improving organizational performance. Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Budget, vendor, and operational planning experience. Understanding of the music business, including artist development, distribution, release planning, publishing, marketing, and label operations. Experience in the music, entertainment, creative, media, sports, agency, or other high-growth industries is strongly preferred.
