Prepare and analyse compensation-related reports and dashboards for HR and management decision making. Computation of appropriate PAYE, Pension and processing of NSITF, ITF, Group Life and any other statutory deductions in compliance with Federal and State Regulations. Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and pay structure frameworks. Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams to maintain accurate and efficient compensation and benefits: data management systems. Support the annual compensation review cycle, including performance-based salary adjustments and bonus administration. Compute Leave Allowance payment for PUM after verifying the amount due as stated in the salary structure and prevent over payment or double payments. Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date records for compensation and benefits: transactions and documentation. Prepare and present HR reports, workforce metrics, and management reports. Manage employee benefits: programs, including pensions, healthcare, and wellness initiatives, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals. Manage employee compensation and benefits: administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate timely salary payments. Assist with HR budget preparation and cost analysis. Preparation of Exit Computations in line with the terms and conditions in the offer of employment. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding compensation and benefits: policies, with professionalism and clarity. Carry out regular update of enrolee list for the purpose of HMO and Group Life Insurance premiums payment as at when due. Requirements: 3–6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Compensation & Benefits: role. Excellent Excel Knowlegde. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation, and benefits: administration. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, or another Social Science discipline. Strong interpersonal, people management, and industrial relations skills. Excellent analytical, reporting, and data presentation skills.
