We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Preamble The position ensures that all warehouse transactions—including receiving, storage, stock transfers, picking, issuance, dispatch, returns, and stock adjustments—are properly documented, recorded, traceable and carried out in accordance with company procedures. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing effective administrative, documentation, record-keeping, and coordination support for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Ensure received products are properly recorded before being moved into available warehouse stock. Maintain records of damaged, defective, missing, returned, and quarantined products. Coordinate with the Dispatch Officer and Warehouse Manager to ensure dispatch documentation corresponds with actual products being released. Prepare relevant documentation for products being released to customers, sales representatives, distributors, service team or delivery personnel. Prevent unauthorized stock movements by ensuring proper documentation and approval. Ensure every movement of stock into or out of the warehouse is supported by appropriate authorization and documentation. Prepareandmaintain warehousefiling system for easy retrieval of documents Assist with daily, weekly, monthly and periodic stock counts. Support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring compliance with warehouse safety procedures. Verify warehouse release requests have the required authorization before products are issued. Update and monitor inventory records and promptly report discrepancies between physical stock and recorded quantities. Ensure required safety documentation and inspection records are properly maintained. Report unsafe practices, damaged storage facilities, fire hazards, and other workplace risks to the appropriate authority. Minimum Requirements: Good knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory procedures. Minimum of 2–6years' relevant experience: in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics or a similar position. Experience: in a manufacturing, distribution, electrical, solar energy or electronics environment will be an advantage. OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Management or a related discipline. Ability to work with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
