The successful candidate will attend to customers, recommend suitable products, close sales, and achieve assigned targets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on electronics retail sales experience, strong product knowledge, excellent customer engagement skills, and a proven ability to convert customer enquiries into sales. Responsibilities: Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their budget. Monitor competitor activities and provide sales feedback to Management. Promote and sell electronics such as TVs, laptops, phones, appliances, and accessories. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. Convert enquiries into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and follow-ups.
