We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer Job Location: Lagos About the Role The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control processes across construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with approved standards, specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while driving continuous quality improvement throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures. Conduct inspections and quality audits on construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Monitor and verify testing activities, ensuring proper documentation of test results and inspection records. Review construction processes and identify quality risks, recommending corrective and preventive actions where necessary. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports (CARs). Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Provide quality-related training, guidance, and support to project personnel and site teams.
