Keep up to date with industry trends and check the quality of ingredients. Keeps a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen. Monitore stock, place and take stock of ingredients Ensure all goods and other items in the kitchen are stored properly Ensure great presentation of dishes before served Setting up work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. The candidate must be able to prepare both continental and African dishes with good knowledge of pastries. The candidate should be able to prepare barbecue point and kill and other related dishes..
