Check that everything produced is to specification and to international quality and standard Examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them Ensure that finished clothing’s are properly labeled and packaged according to company standard of packaging these apparels Ensure that all the production targets are met High level sewing and pattern making skills is an added advantage Plan and draw up a production schedule Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate including open market sourcing of Fabrics and sewing materials.
