Jodazen Integrated Services (JIS HR) is recruiting on behalf of our client for 50 responsible and reliable Drivers to support their operations in Lagos. The ideal candidates must be safety-conscious, disciplined, punctual, and committed to maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport staff, goods, or assigned materials. Keep the assigned vehicle clean and presentable at all times. Conduct routine vehicle checks and report faults promptly. Observe all traffic laws and company safety policies. Maintain proper trip and vehicle records. Demonstrate good behaviour, respect, honesty, and professionalism. Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and handled responsibly. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience. Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence. Good knowledge of Lagos roads. Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be punctual, trustworthy, disciplined, and safety-conscious. Previous corporate, logistics, delivery, or company driving experience: is an advantage. Must reside around Ilupeju or nearby areas. Remuneration Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly. Weekly Performance Bonuses based on: Vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance Good behaviour and professionalism Punctuality and reliability Safe driving and responsible vehicle handling Compliance with company rules and instructions The better your performance, the higher your opportunity to earn additional bonuses.
