Key Responsibilities: Process refunds, exchanges, and ticket revalidation in accordance with airline policies. Handle flight reservations and itinerary modifications. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Resolve ticketing issues and customer complaints efficiently. Ensure accuracy of all travel bookings and documentation. Stay updated on airline schedules, fare changes, travel regulations, and visa requirements. Provide prompt and professional customer support before, during, and after ticket issuance. Book, issue, reissue, and cancel domestic and international flight tickets. Maintain accurate booking records and prepare periodic reports. Advise clients on the best flight options, fares, and travel routes.
