Execute day-to-day warehouse activities, including goods receiving, issuing, storage, and other core warehouse functions. Operate in a manner that ensures effective safety, security, and control performance in accordance with global standards. Perform all warehouse operations in compliance with established procedures, controls, and the Procurement Warehouse Handbook. Carry out administrative activities to support warehouse operations using ERP systems, spreadsheets, databases, and other relevant tools. Communicate regularly with Business Unit clients, Procurement colleagues, and suppliers regarding day-to-day warehouse operations. Work with minimal supervision and direction. Demonstrate a high level of skill and knowledge relevant to the position. Serve as a subject matter expert in warehouse operations. Provide guidance and direction to others, as required. Requirements: Strong awareness of safety, security, and operational controls. Extensive knowledge of warehouse management, materials distribution, inventory control requirements, and basic warehouse standards. Extensive experience: with SAP R/3 and general warehousing technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Business Unit clients, Procurement colleagues, and suppliers.
