We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Ikeja,Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Pioneer Food Zone Company is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to build our online presence, increase product visibility, engage our target audience, and support business growth through digital and offline marketing. Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate local advertising, road/outdoor advertising, bus advertising, banners, flyers and product activations. Monitor and report campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads and marketing ROI. Conduct market and competitor research and identify new opportunities to reach consumers. Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s identity. Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms. Work closely with the Sales team to support product distribution and market penetration. Identify and manage influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors for product promotion. Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, product visibility, customer engagement and sales. Create engaging content including videos, reels, graphics, product campaigns and promotional materials. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta and other relevant advertising platforms. Requirements: Experience: with local advertising, road/outdoor advertising, bus advertising, activations and promotional campaigns. Demonstrable experience: in digital advertising, influencer marketing and content creation. Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behaviour. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite and other social media/digital marketing platforms. Portfolio or evidence of previous campaigns and results is an advantage. Strong analytical, organisational and campaign management skills. Excellent communication, creativity, copywriting and storytelling skills. 3 – 6 years’ proven experience: in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing or FMCG Marketing.
