We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Utility Supervisor Location: Sango Ota, Ogun Key Responsibilities: Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure continuous and efficient supply of utilities to support production activities. Troubleshoot utility-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime. Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs. Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost reduction strategies. Supervise daily operations of all utility systems including boilers, compressors, chillers, generators, water treatment plants, and HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of utility consumption, maintenance activities, and system performance. Participate in audits and inspections as required. Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and operators. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Requirements: Familiarity with maintenance planning and execution. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Educational Qualification:HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an advantage. Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems (steam, compressed air, water systems, refrigeration, power generation). Good leadership and team management skills. Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience: in utility operations within an FMCG or manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices.
