We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience: in procurement and supplier management, with the ability to support project requirements: while delivering quality, cost-effective, and timely sourcing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Source materials, equipment, and services in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and maintain accurate procurement documentation. Collaborate with project, technical, and Business Development teams to support project execution and bids. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement team members. Conduct market research to identify competitive suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, evaluation, negotiations, and purchase orders. Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Requirements: Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes. Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience: in procurement/sourcing. Experience: in the Energy, Oil & Gas industry is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
