Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the company Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders Reviewing all formal finance related procedures Monitor budget and provide cost control to ensure compliance with TDL’s policies Ensure monthly payment of staff salaries Ensure clients reimburse monthly payroll amounts in line with SLA Ensure prompt and accurate remittance of statutory deductions Liaise with external parties such as TDL’s bankers, tax authorities, financial consultants, etc Co-ordinate payment to vendors in adherence to SLAs and the company’s procedure/policies.
