We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented AI Prompt Engineer / LX Architect with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital Education: Department. The AI Prompt Engineer / L X Architect will design and engineer AI-powered learning experiences, architecting how generative AI and large language models are woven into curricula and platform features, and continuously refining prompts for quality, safety, and pedagogical soundness. Responsibilities: Design, test, and refine prompts for AI/LLM-powered features (tutoring assistants, content generation, adaptive assessment). Monitor performance of AI-enabled learning solutions and continuously optimize them. Train and support other team members on prompt engineering practices and tools. Collaborate with learning designers, engineers, and data scientists to translate learning objectives into AI-driven interactions. Run structured prompt experimentation and A/B testing to improve relevance, accuracy, and safety of AI outputs. Architect end-to-end learning experience: (LX) flows that integrate AI capabilities into curriculum and platform. Track advances in generative AI and evaluate new tools/models for learning applications. Build and maintain a prompt library, guidelines, and best-practice documentation for consistent AI behavior. Partner with engineering teams to integrate LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, GPT) into learning products. Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and pedagogical soundness; design and implement guardrails. Educational and Professional Qualification (s) required for this position Familiarity with APIs, automation tools or no-code/low-code AI platforms are advantageous. Strong understanding of learning theory, UX design principles, and the capabilities/limitations of generative AI. Experience: designing and testing prompts and AI workflows.
