Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Project Manager to lead food manufacturing and product development projects for clients across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept to market. Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and product quality. Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement. Coordinate product formulation, pilot production, scale-up, and commercialization. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management. Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards. Requirements: Strong knowledge of NAFDAC registration, GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes. Experience: in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred. 4–6years' experience: in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Candidates must have hands-on experience: working within a food manufacturing facility or food processing company.
