They are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function, champion organizational culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure effective people management across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes. Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Provide HR advisory support to management and department heads. Oversee HR operations across all 5 locations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level management experience. CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to champion organizational culture and manage multiple priorities. Multi-location HR management experience: is an advantage. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Saturdays & Public Holidays: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM Alternating Saturdays may be possible after 3 months.
