Candidates with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms. Learn and adapt to company systems, scripts, products, and digital tools. Respond to customer inquiries and direct prospects appropriately. Maintainaccuratecustomer records and communication logs. Monitor online engagement and help improve customer experience. Support lead generation and online engagement activities. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer support teams whenrequired. Assistin content creation, posting, and engagement on company social media pages. Assistwith graphic design and marketing material creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe tools.
