The Bids & Tender Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and proposals. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Assurance: Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards, including environmental and safety requirements. Tender Management: Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents in compliance with client requirements: and deadlines. Market Intelligence: Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and opportunities in oil & gas, waste management, and marine services. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal departments during the tendering process. Documentation Control: Maintain accurate records of all tenders, contracts, and related correspondence. Deadline Management: Track tender timelines and ensure submissions are made ahead of deadlines.
