The role leads client engagement, solution design, programme delivery, and business development initiatives while positioning the organization as a trusted learning partner across the financial and non-financial sectors Key Responsibilities: Tailored Learning Solutions: Lead training needs assessments and competency gap analyses for clients. Design, develop, and deliver customized learning interventions aligned with client business objectives. Develop industry-relevant learning curricula, case studies, and capability-building solutions. Academy & Certification Programmes: Ensure programmes remain aligned with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging skills requirements. Drive the development and growth of the organization Academy offerings and tailored certification programmes. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across target sectors. Prepare proposals, learning solutions, and client presentations. Client Relationship Management: Build and manage strategic client relationships.
