Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and service contracts with vendors Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving measures Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities Assist in space management and office layout planning Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently Requirements: A minimum of an HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in facility management or a similar role Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of health and safety regulations Experience managing vendors and service providers Location: Agric Road, Oko-Oba, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos State.
