We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Utility Manager Location: Sango Ota, Ogun Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot utility-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime. Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and operators. Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost reduction strategies. Maintain accurate records of utility consumption, maintenance activities, and system performance. Participate in audits and inspections as required. Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs. Supervise daily operations of all utility systems including boilers, compressors, chillers, generators, water treatment plants, and HVAC systems. Ensure continuous and efficient supply of utilities to support production activities. Requirements: Educational Qualification: HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline. Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices. Good leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience: in utility operations within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
