To provide sector-specific expertise and strategic leadership in the development, implementation and execution of Wema Bank's Aviation, Maritime & Blue Economy Banking strategy. Job Details Product development and sector-based solution design. Knowledge of regulatory requirements: governing aviation and maritime industries. Expertise in structuring complex lending and trade finance transactions. Strategic planning and execution. Strong risk identification, assessment, and mitigation capabilities. Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills. Market intelligence and industry research capabilities. Deep understanding of Aviation Finance, Maritime Finance, Marine Logistics, Port Operations, Offshore Services, Fisheries, and Blue Economy ecosystems. Requirements: 10-15 years' banking experience, with significant exposure to Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Energy Finance, or Sector Banking.
