We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Lagos Job Summary The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects according to scope and standards. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Engineer to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or overspending Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using structured methods Source and evaluate vendors and materials in collaboration with procurement Prepare and present regular reports on project progress to management Foster good communication and collaboration between departments (sales, legal, marketing, etc.) Coordinate internal teams, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards Plan, execute, and monitor multiple property development projects from start to finish Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and track progress against financial targets Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements: are met throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: & Qualifications Professional certification is an added advantage. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lagos.
