We are seeking a skilled and motivated In-House Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth legal knowledge, and the ability to provide strategic legal advice. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing complex legal matters with minimal supervision, working on multiple projects, and collaborating with various departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Client/Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic legal guidance and ensuring effective communication between legal and business teams. Litigation Support: Assist in managing litigation matters, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs. Coordinate with external counsel as needed. Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks and minimizing legal risks. Corporate Governance: Provide legal support on matters related to corporate governance, including the drafting of board resolutions, corporate filings, and other corporate documents. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, advise the company on compliance requirements, and develop policies to ensure adherence to legal standards. Legal Research and Analysis :Conduct thorough legal research on complex issues, interpret statutes, regulations, and case law, and provide detailed analysis and legal advice. Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes, ensuring the company’s interests are protected in settlements, mediations, arbitrations, or litigation.
