We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Administrative & General Office Management: Manage and optimize the Chairman’s calendar to ensureeffective prioritization and avoid conflict of schedules. Act proactively and flag issues that require Executive attention. Answer calls, reply/screen emails, and manage in-person appointments. Communication & Correspondence: Prepare meeting notes, executive summaries, speeches, and talking points as advised. Manage communication and correspondence as directed. Meetings, Travel & Logistics: Manage domestic and international travel itineraries, and logistics. Ensure that the Chairman is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements. Coordinate personal meetings of the Chairman as directed. Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain secure digital and physical filing systems. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in the handling of information and documents. Research & Projects Support: Track special projects and executive directives for implementation. Prepare project presentation deck as advised. Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making. Technology & Operational Efficiency: Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity. Utilize continuous improvement processes and systems to manage the Chairman/CEO’s office. Manage documentation, approvals, expense tracking, and administrative workflows. Qualifications & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience: handling confidential information and high-level stakeholder engagement. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of 5 years’ experience: providing executive-level support to senior leaders, founders, or chairmen. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required. Strong IT proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools. Personal Attributes: Intelligent, professional, and dependable.
