Our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division manages a growing portfolio of residential estates, institutional buildings, industrial parks, and road infrastructure projects across multiple states. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Task Officer Location: Nigeria Key Responsibilities: Obtain periodic performance updates from departments, projects and business units. Track completion of assigned tasks, deliverables and Management directives. Track action points arising from Management meetings and follow up with responsible partners until completion. Ensure that performance information presented to Management is accurate, current and supported by appropriate records. Identify and report delays, non-performance, missed targets and other performance gaps to the appropriate authority. Maintain proper documentation and evidence of tasks completed and outstanding. Conduct periodic checks or verification of reported activities and deliverables as directed. Monitor the daily and periodic activities of partners against their assigned responsibilities, targets and KPIs. Monitor compliance with approved work plans, timelines and performance expectations. Support Management in assessing partner performance based on agreed KPIs, deliverables and available resources. Perform any other duties assigned by the GMD or Management. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Management. Follow up with partners on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion. Escalate recurring or significant cases of non-performance for Management's attention. Coordinate with HCM and relevant Heads of Departments on performance-related matters where required. Maintain an up-to-date performance tracker for partners across departments, projects and business units.
