This is a part-time contract role (Thursday–Sunday, schedule negotiable) with strong potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate. Min Qualification: Diploma Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - Weekend Shift Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Train and mentor our engineers in the injection molding setup and operation Teach process parameter optimization (temperature, pressure, injection speed, charge, cooling) Coach on diagnosing and fixing common defects such as flash, short shots, flow imbalance, and warping Guide best practices in mold changes, material handling (PP, PS, masterbatch), and routine maintenance Help establish repeatable, documented production processes Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on injection molding experience: Proven ability to troubleshoot defects and optimize process settings Comfortable mentoring and teaching others Familiarity with machine controllers (e.g. ACNOVO or similar) Available Thursday–Sunday (can be discussed) Note: For the right person who is a strong fit and interested, this contract can lead to a full-time position.
