The State Sales Officer (SSO) drives the successful implementation and operational excellence of all commercial services within Nasarawa State. As the on-ground operational lead. The ideal candidate is disciplined, commercially oriented, and has proven experience: leading enterprise teams to deliver measurable business impact in rural agricultural settings. Residency within Nasarawa State is compulsory. The SSO ensures seamless business execution across the entire value chain — from partner onboarding and vendor engagement to FBA coordination, product distribution, and last-mile delivery to farmers. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Bachelor's Degree or HND in Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Rural Development, or a related field Proven experience: managing field teams Prior work with farmer groups, cooperatives, agribusinesses, or development partners is a strong advantage Experience: using CRM systems, mobile applications, and digital data collection tools Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management abilities Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience: in sales, business development, agricultural operations, or field operations management Must be a resident of, or willing to relocate to, Nasarawa State.
