Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Manage payroll administration and HR operations. Ensure compliance with statutory remittances (PAYE, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NHF). Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies. Manage union and industrial relations, including employee grievances. Oversee expatriate documentation and regulatory compliance. Maintain employee records, welfare, and performance-related HR processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of payroll, labour law, statutory compliance, and union management. Experience in the plastic, sack, packaging, or FMCG industry is an added advantage. CIPM certification is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
