We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Operations Manager Job Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve profitability, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all outlets. Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and HSE standards. Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams. Monitor inventory, labour, and food costs. Analyze operational performance and implement improvement initiatives. Ensure excellent customer experience: and resolve escalated issues. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of hospitality operations management experience, preferably in QSR or hospitality. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
