No: NRSIITA/P&C/NRS2026-039 Location: Ibadan, Oyo Contract: 3-year renewable contract Duties Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor. Coordinate sound system during functions and seminars. Prepare a log of work done. Prepare solar panel installation. Help in maintenance of basic laboratory equipment. Receive phone calls for seminar. Perform housekeeping jobs to keep the workshop and tools in proper order. Help repair oven. Set up sound system at Conference center and other locations. Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Electronics, Trade Test 1-Electronics Works, or a related field, with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience. Competencies: The ideal candidate must have: Ability to use electronic test instruments, hand tools, and workshop equipment effectively and safely. Good fault-finding, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills. Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-service skills. Ability to maintain accurate work logs, maintenance records, and basic technical reports. Ability to assist in the maintenance and repair of basic laboratory and electronic equipment. Practical knowledge of solar PV installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Good practical skills in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting sound/PA systems and audio-visual equipment. Ability to work independently, follow instructions and procedures, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn. Good practical knowledge of electronics and electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Good knowledge of workshop, electrical, electronics, and equipment safety practices.
