Feature Ownership: Drive features end-to-end—from technical design and estimation through development, testing, and production release. Architecture & Data: Work with relational databases, optimize performance-sensitive queries, and contribute to system architecture and code reviews. Quality & Security: Write clean, testable code, resolve production defects, and embed secure development practices across the software lifecycle. Team & Process: Support and mentor junior developers, maintain technical documentation, and proactively identify technical risks or dependencies. AI Integration: Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery, testing, documentation, and technical analysis. Minimum Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of commercial software development experience: with strong, recent expertise in C# and modern .NET.
