Responsibilities: Assess participants' performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend strategies for continuous professional development and organizational improvement. Develop and customize training materials, case studies, assessments, and practical exercises to meet learning objectives and industry best practices Deliver high-impact learning experiences through interactive discussions, simulations, and real-world applications that enhance participant engagement and knowledge retention Facilitate instructor-led training sessions on procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, key account management, fleet management, and business development Requirements: Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adult learning skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical business solutions.
