Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields Demonstrated experience: leading Government and institutional projects, competitive tendering and bidding processes, multi-disciplinary construction teams. Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-billion-naira projects. MBA or Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
