Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Build content pillars, themes and recurring content formats. Translate complex information and initiatives into simple, engaging and easily understood digital content. Develop monthly and weekly content calendars. Identify opportunities for timely, culturally relevant and trend-responsive content. Continuously analyse what content performs and refine the strategy accordingly. Digital Storytelling: Develop compelling stories around projects, initiatives, achievements, people and public-facing activities. Turn ordinary events and information into engaging digital narratives. Develop concepts for short-form videos, interviews, reels, TikToks, carousels and other social formats. Work closely with designers, videographers and other creative personnel to bring concepts to life. On-Camera & Public Presence: Serve as a confident on-camera communicator when required.
