Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery. Ensure excellent customer experience: at all times. Supervise restaurant staff and monitor performance. Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained. Manage inventory and control food and beverage costs. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Coordinate staff schedules and workforce planning.
