The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely, while responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all plumbing activities comply with company safety standards and applicable regulations. Identify potential plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management. Install, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems. Carry out plumbing installations for new construction and renovation projects. Test completed plumbing installations to ensure they function properly. Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, contractors, and site teams when required. Read and interpret basic plumbing drawings and layouts. Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and other plumbing faults. Install and maintain pipes, valves, taps, toilets, sinks, showers, water heaters, pumps, and related fixtures. Use appropriate PPE when carrying out assigned duties. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. Maintain proper records of repairs, materials used, and outstanding maintenance issues. Ensure plumbing tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues. Report major faults, safety hazards, material requirements, and unresolved issues to the supervisor. Monitor the use of plumbing materials and minimize wastage. Requirements: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good physical fitness and ability to work in different environments. Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Possess a trade certification or technical qualification in Plumbing, Building Services, or a related field with 2 – 5 years of relevant plumbing experience. Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests. Practical experience: in residential, commercial, or construction plumbing. Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely. Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Ability to identify and troubleshoot plumbing faults.
