As a dispatch rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient delivery of goods and packages to our clients. You will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for transporting items safely and timely, enabling us to provide excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner. Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatch team. Ensure the safety and security of the packages during transit. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Perform routine maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers. Adhere to traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clear driving record. Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role. Familiarity with local roads and routes. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Physical stamina and strength to handle packages of various sizes.
