Install, troubleshoot, and support PC/server hardware and software; install and configure software upgrades; configure and perform tuning of operating systems to enhance PC performance; install and configure network interface and Internet connections; diagnose network cable and configuration problems. Coordinate a variety of information Systems projects, such as a new system installation for a department; conduct needs assessments, and hardware and software research and evaluation. Maintain I.T budget. Advice the management on all information system related issues.
