The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving staff performance, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports excellent guest service. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation. Ensure proper staffing levels across all hotel departments. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive and professional work environment. Maintain proper records of hotel assets, equipment and company property. Support the General Manager in preparing administrative reports and managing day-to-day operational issues. Ensure the hotel premises, staff areas and administrative facilities are properly maintained and organised.
