Job Summary We are looking for a confident, solution-oriented, and commercially aware Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, serving customers across in-store, telephone, and online channels, resolving enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. What You Will Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers via in-store, telephone, and online channels. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products during customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues. Support in-store promotional activities and assist customers in locating products. Prepare customer service reports and share insights with your supervisor. Uphold the company's brand standards and values in every customer interaction. Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently. What We Are Looking For Requirements: Minimum of OND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or client-facing role. Proven experience handling customer interactions across multiple channels. Experience in an FMCG or retail environment is an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools is desirable. Skills and Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, solution-focused approach. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
